This semi precious gemstone is transparent and may be backlighted when backed by polycarbonate. The gemstone is hand cut into random mosaics, or an alternate pattern of your choice (Please see our Options Section), and overlaid – bonded onto the polycarbonate backing. Fiberglass is as an optional backing when no backlighting is needed. The surface finish is a smooth, high polish. Standard thickness of the overlay, plus the backing, is 20mm. All projects are by the square foot plus shipping and any additional options, such as sink cutouts, custom thickness, custom shapes, material combinations, alternate pattern selection, or profile edges.
