This semi precious gemstone is transparent and may be backlighted. The gemstone is hand cut and overlaid – bonded onto a polycarbonate or glass backing. When no backlighting is needed, the stone is bonded to either wood or honeycomb aluminum. The surface finish is a smooth, high polish. Standard thickness of the overlay, plus the backing, is 20mm. All projects are by the square foot plus shipping and any additional options, such as sink cutouts, custom thickness, custom shapes, material combinations or profile edges.
